The island of Kastos, one of the smallest islands of the Ionian Sea, is located between the island of Kalamos and the prefecture of Etoloakarnania in western Greece, southeast of the island of Lefkada and northeast of the islands of Kefalonia and Ithaki.
The plot , of 510.394 m², occupies the south part of this low-lying and narrow island. Covered in olive trees, with its low hills, the tallest of which is no higher than 150 meters , this piece of land is ideal for investment and development. The building ratio is 0,05%, which equates to 23.500 m², suitable for hotel or residential use.
There are few small villages on the island and the permanent residents are no more than 50 people. The connection with the mainland is supported by small boats. The port of Kastos, on the west coast , provides shelter even during bad weather, so that the island will not be cut off by the strong southerly winds. The turquoise blue crystal waters of the Ionian Sea attract hundreds of tourists annually, fans of sailing, lovers of tranquility and seekers of paradise.
