The ground level’s structure includes a large living area with black lava fireplace, a spacious dinning room with elegant contemporary pieces of furniture and a fully equipped kitchen as well as two minimally designed master bedroom with en suite bathrooms and a guest wc. There is a pool wc and shower, too. On the lower level there are three bedrooms, one twin bedroom with en suite bathrooms and a service room with kitchen and laundry. Additionally, there is grocery and food delivery service at the villa from the nearby hotel and restaurants, and a marina close to the villa. Neither pets nor smoking at the bedrooms are allowed.
