Villa 2 Cypresses is situated on a steep olive grove with unobstructed views of Pagasitikos bay. It is comprised of two independent buildings (170 m² & 80 m²) with 4 and 1 bedrooms respectively. The Upper House is the larger one and it features a private pool. There is independent car access for both properties.
There are two bathrooms in this house and an external kitchen area. The materials used are of high quality and there is a strong country feel to this house. The views to the bay are amazing and since the land ownership reaches the main road, there is no way future development will ever obstruct the views. There is a pathway that leads to the not so well known beach below.
