Description

The island of Paxi is the largest of the Paxi islands, the baby of the Ionian Islands, a cluster of small islands and rocky islets. It is located 7 miles south of Corfu, at a distance of 8 miles from the coast of Epirus in North-Western Greece and 12 miles from the town of Parga. Paxi has a lizard-like, long and narrow shape. The island covers an area of 19 square kilometres.

Paxi is an island of endless olive groves. The eastern coastlines of the island are smooth, while the west coasts are bold and abrupt with remarkable natural formations: caves, arches, dome-shaped forms, and sheer cliffs.

The plot lies on a hill at the North West part of the island, covering a surface of 25.000 m². It is surrounded by virgin nature, pine trees and bushes, and the views are towards the West part of the Ionian Sea, featuring turquoise blue crystal clear waters. The plot also has access to a private white sandy beach.

The whole plot is ideal for touristic development and a proposal has already been prepared showing possibilities for investment.
