The island of Syros, is an island in the centre of the Cycladic Archipelago, of which it is also its administrative centre. Thus its capital, Ermoupolis (or Hermoupolis), is also the capital of the entire archipelago.
The plot of 635.000 m², occupying the south west part of the south peninsula of the island, is actually embracing the Komito beach, one of the best beaches of the island.
The surface is barren with low hills, the tallest of which is no higher than 100 meters, making this piece of land ideal for investment and development.
