This unique plot is located at Cape Kastani, on the southwestern side of the green island of Skopelos, in the Northern Sporades. The area is famous for its unique combination of magnificent beaches with crystal clear blue waters and a rich forest of pine trees that surrounds it and reaches the edge of the shore.Its majestic landscape has made a worldwide tour with the American film “Mamma Mia”, with most of the scenes having been shot there.
It is the only piece of private land in Cape Kastani with an area of 12,489 m². It is located opposite to the port and airport of Skiathos (20 min. by sea-taxi). The plot borders pine forests from three sides while the one lies on the sea coast. It can be reached by a community road of 200 m distance from the main central road of Skopelos. The foreshore has been officially determined. There is an available adjoint land plot of 850.000 m².
