Lefkada one of the top attractions and breathtaking Greek destinations, is an island of the Ionian Sea and it lies between the islands of Corfu and Kefalonia. It is very close to the shores of the western mainland of Greece.
The plot lies in the North West side of the island and it is approximately 25 Km (15.5 miles) away from the nearest airport, Aktion National Airport. Access by ferries and boats is also an option as there are several companies from different parts of Greece, as well as Italy, that service the island on a daily basis. As the island is connected to the mainland by a 50 meter drawbridge, access by bus or car is also viable.
Less than 15% of the plot is occupied by different kinds of trees which are more than 40 y. old. The beach with the brilliant crystal waters and white sand provides a perfect setting for relaxation and indulgence. The area is ideal for residence use or hotel development.
